Abstract

Project Outline: This outline has been Extracted from the student’s application

Aqueous and ethanol extractions of Australian Bush Medicine are prepared and incubated with juvenille (L3) larvae. After one week, the larvae are observed under microscope and identified either as developed into the infective stage (L4) or dead. The larvae will be identified using flow cytometry to determine if they are still in the juvenile, adult stage or dead. Statistical analysis will be conducted using GraphPad Prism
